• 10+ years overall software QA experience
• 5+ years Test Automation experience
• Experience with at least 2 programming languages (at least (Java or Python) and another one)
• Experience in implementing complex E2E test automation frameworks (including Databases, Microservices, APIs, Jobs, Front-End)
• Experience in implementing complex E2E CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or TeamCity)
• Very good understanding of Test Automation Design Patterns (POM, DAL, Factory, Façade)
• Selenium WebDriver, Selenium Grid
• SQL (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server)
• JUnit, TestNG, pyTest or similar
• Unix
• JIRA or other defect/task management tools
• Zephyr/ALM/TestRail or other test case management tools
• Very good English, both written and verbal
• ISTQB Foundation+

Nice to have:
• Interest for ML/AI and Data Scienc
• Working with Big Data Systems (PyCharm, PyHive, Hadoop, etc.)
• BDD
• RPA

• Develops scalable E2E test automation frameworks and harnesses
• Develops test automation architectures and strategy throughout multiple projects
• Helps and mentors other members of the QA & Test Team from a test automation perspective
• Plans test automation effort to ensure the achievement of management KPIs
• Works with stakeholders to define automation scope
• Actively participates in the development and maintenance of the test automation framework
• Works closely with Release Management and DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines
• Performs test automation executions, identifies failures’ root cause and compiles reports to stakeholders
• Adheres to test automation best practices as defined at organization level
• Identifies defects based on test automation executions results, submits them in the bug tracking tool and tracks them throughout the defect lifecycle
