A-V Producer

- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communication and/or Human Sciences and/or media related domain;
- 3 years experience in TV stations, media, advertising agencies or video production (commercials, TV shows, production houses, etc);
- Excellent verbal and copy writing skills;
- Creativity, ability to conceptualize ideas;
- Good understanding of all various jobs involved in creating commercials, film, TV shows;
- Knowledge of all aspects of video production: writing, producing, shooting, editing, sound, video graphic design, production equipment;
- Precise attention to detail and methodical approach of work;
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with strong organizational skills;
- Diplomacy and sensitivity; excellent inter-personal skills.
- MS. Office;
- Current knowledge of the Audio-Visual legislation, regulations, and associated procedures, including Copyright, Data Protection, Public Liability, etc.

Part of Marketing Department; based on brief, he/she must produce various types of TV commercials (TV shopping and prime time formats) related with target clients and company standards.

Develop scripts, proposals and final versions.

To be involved in all aspects of the filming in every stage of the project, as follows (but not limited to):
a. Provides logistical breakdowns of scripts, detailing all aspects of production requirements.
b. Preparing production schedules or script breakdowns to confirm that sufficient time and other resources have been allocated for all aspects of the production process.
c. Coordinating end ensuring a smooth collaboration with the external Studio team – director, DOP, producer, editor, graphic designer etc.
d. Dealing with issues and concerns of the cast and crew.
e. Participate in location selections for shootings.
f. Actively participate in the shootings and ensure that the final outcome meets the desired quality standards.
g. Transcripts interviews materials, in order to finalize the demanded stories.
h. Assisting and coordinating the whole editing process of the filmed materials, the graphic designs, music etc
