Accounts Payable and Receivable with Spanish

For our client, a well-known leader in global professional services, we are looking for a new colleague; this person will act as an Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable in the Finance team. Requirements:

- Economical background - University degree (Finance & Accounting graduate);
- Experience in a similar position;
- Medium English & Fluent Spanish skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and fast learner of new technologies;
- Open personality, problem solving oriented, proactive attitude;
- Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

- Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services;
- Purchase goods or services from a supplier/vendor;
- Ensure the compliance with financial policies and procedures;
- Resolve suppliers queries and discrepancies;
- Reconcile supplier ledger;
- Participate to internal projects;
- Keep constant updating on new techniques, process and informative system;
- Report periodically to the team leader on the activity progress.
