    Job mission:
    We are looking for a BI Reporting Specialist to join the Cegeka Team that collaborates on a daily basis with the internal customers. You will work together closely with your colleagues from the Reporting Team, that has members both in Belgium and Romania.
    Your working schedule will be from Monday to Friday, with shifts that can vary between 08:00 AM EET and 21:00 EET.

    Responsabilitati

    Position responsibilities:
    • Develop reports using SSRS
    • Deliver qualitative data sets to business users
    • Understand/Analyse underlying business requirements from end-users / deliver value-adding data and reports
    • Write clean, standards-compliant code
    • Ensure good report performance
    • Write tested and documented code with a rigorous mind-set
    • Provide support on the reports of the report portfolio / Perform root cause analysis as a means of addressing data issues / Escalate to others in the organization to drive change
    • Cooperate with the DWH back-end developer in the process of building the reports required to fulfil the business requirement
    • Work with other team members; share knowledge, suggestions, perform peer reviews
    • Stay up-to-date with market developments; look into and advise on new technologies and emerging standards
    • Define and keep your deadlines



    Requirements:
    • Bachelor Information Technology or equal by experience
    • Minimum 1 year of experience working with Microsoft reporting services
    • Proven hands-on experience in working with T-SQL and SQL Management Studio
    • Ability to take end-to-end ownership to deliver the qualitative data to business users
    • A keen interest in User Interface and an eye for design
    • Knowledge about Microsoft Integration Services (SSIS), ETL processes, Analysis Services (SSAS, Tabular/Multidimensional version), and data warehouse modelling is a plus
    • Analytical, technical and diagnostic skills
    • Working knowledge of ITIL principles and practices is a plus
    • Excellent English skills, both written and verbal
    • Willing to travel
