    Cerinte

    We are recruiting an Operations Manager for one of our client, a reference on the French payroll market. The office is located in Bucharest, Piata Romana area.

    As an operations manager, you would be responsible for managing two teams of around 20 people involved in the payroll activity. Duties include, taking part in planning, organizing and directing the work of the team members.


    The 3 KPIs to develop:

    1) Building skills

    2) Customer Satisfaction

    3) Increase productivity


    Job Location: Bucharest

    Type of contract: Permanent contract

    Ideal candidate:

    - Prior experience (minimum 3 years) in team management (call center, share-service etc);
    - Experience in Planning and People management;
    - Experience in team training;
    - Excellent level of French (C1 or C2);
    - Dynamic, organized person and results driven;
    - Very good communication skills with the team, clients and the management team.

    Responsabilitati

    Key responsibilities:

    - Follow-up of the daily activities of the two teams, Production and Launch (about 20 members);
    - Ensure an efficient transition of the client portfolio from the Launching department to the Production department, within the pre-established deadlines;
    - Follow-up of KPIs for each team, deadlines and work-load for each person;
    - Ensure a local management but also have a global and objective vision on the whole activity;
    - Manage the holiday plan for the members of the two teams as well as evaluations and career plans;
    - Support and motivate both teams to have effective communication and high productivity;
    - Support the team in resolving difficult situations with clients;
    - Ensure excellent quality of services offered to clients;
    - Carry out the standard or ad hoc reports requested by the management team;
