• Bachelor degree or 1 year experience in Windows network environment.
• Experience working with small to medium networks.
• Experience with call-center is a plus.
• Experience setting up & maintaining PCI compliant infrastructure is an advantage.
• Experience with virtualization a plus.
• Familiar with network routing, switching, firewall and TCP/IP addressing design and troubleshooting.
• Solid team player with a can do attitude.

• Installing/configuring new computers and OS (mainly Windows 10);
• Collaborate with team members and technical staff to resolve incidents;
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network related issues;
• Being part of a team providing 24/7 technical support;
• Recommend and implement policies, procedures, and technologies to ensure network and system security;
• Execute tasks on a regular base, as part of the internal IT procedures.
