Excellent (equal native) German skills & fluency in English
Previous phone acquisition experience in the consulting branch
Good customer care skills
Excellent communication skills: strong phone presence
Ability to take initiative and autonomously handle tasks
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Ability to work independently and as a team
Accuracy and attention to detail
Very good organizational skills
Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
Customer Cold Calls acquisition based on current topics, marketing actions and events
Contact, Opportunity and Activity Management in CRM at Account or Segment level
Marketing Campaign support
Project manage preparation, implementation, follow-up
Pre- and post-event activities with CRM tracking
Call prospects or existing clients based on marketing campaign actions
Prospect/client calls preparation: prepare the schedule, manage the client database, prepare introductory information, schedule the calls
Research to acquire client information (use the social business-related platforms - Linked-In, Xing, etc.)
Understand customer needs and requirements
Redirect possible questions about our solutions or the company towards the right contact
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Maintain accurate information in our tracking tools
Research (internal/external sources)
Dedicated CRM reporting
