    Requirements

    Experience of HR, Payroll or Operations process ownership role in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment
    Process mind-set, understanding of core HR and Payroll operational processes
    Decisiveness, self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision
    Experience of driving strong performance from third-party suppliers & remote teams
    Ability to prioritise multiple tasks & work to deadlines
    Comfortable delivering against quantitative and qualitative performance metrics
    Experience of analysing and improving operational processes in a matrix organisation
    Proven ability to work professionally & proactively with a remote client base
    Fluency in Romanian and English, with polite, professional communication skills
    Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges
    Strong IT skills including Excel, Word and Oracle
    Confidentiality & controllership mindset
    Supportive and enthusiastic team player

    Responsibilities

    HR and Payroll Administration (60%)
    Deal with all customer enquirers in a professional, courteous & timely manner
    Consistently follow defined HR and Payroll processes, challenging steps that may not make sense / add value
    Support the use of Global Payroll Tools by providing ongoing maintenance, configuration, testing and access control
    Maintain process documentation in accordance with relevant labor legislation & Data Privacy regulations
    Provide and maintain documentation of HR lifecycle, employee lifecycle and other HR processes

    Oversight of Service Delivery (20%)
    Monitor service delivery metrics and third-party supplier performance
    Take accountability for compliance with relevant legislation and GE policies
    Measure client satisfaction and develop & communicate action plan to mitigate any operational risk or to resolve escalated issues (NPS-detractor cases and escalations)
    Handle first level escalations and log into in CRM
    Refinement of Assigned Process & Provision of Process Expertise (20%)
    Proactively seek customer feedback to identify areas for process improvement, standardization and productivity within assigned process. Participate and support projects.
