- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Support helpdesk experience — Jira and Jira Service Desk ideal.
- Experience with, or some understanding of, XML.
- Previous testing experience.
- Hardware and application support experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Outlook).
- 1st line support working with employees and third parties to resolve technical issues.
- Recommending optimum solutions to fix technical issues.
- Daily booking of failure checks and remedial action taken.
- Analysis, replication and ownership of issues through to testing if a fix was required.
- Providing 1st line support for new XML customer integrations, testing and certification.
- Providing 1st line support for new XML supplier connections and testing the new integrations priorto releasing live credentials.
- Updating testing and integration documentation.
- Logging and keeping records of third party/ employee queries.
