    Requirements

    As a C&B Specialist you will coordinate all Romanian C&B activities for an organization of ~400 people. You will be a Subject Matter Expert in everything related to payroll, internal mobility, benefits and HRM tools and you will contribute to wellness and engagement projects, as well. The Employer is a multinational company and you will report directly to HR Director.

    You will be happy and successful in your role, if you will have:

    •Excellent knowledge of Romanian Labor law;
    •Experience of at least 3 years in a similar role inside a company larger than 250 employees;
    •You have worked with Workday before or any other HRM system as an admin, power user or SME;
    •You have strong Excel, planning and budgeting skills, you have worked closely with the Finance team before;
    •You are an optimistic human being, you make friends easily at work where you bring a positive energy every day and your colleagues recognize you for that;
    •You have a strong work ethic, you understand policies and procedures, you promote them and you encourage your colleagues to do the same.

    Responsibilities

    •Act as single point of contact in C&B issues for all employees in Romania;
    •Be a contributing team member / project leader for HR projects on wellness or even employee relations;
    •Be a Workday master, you will work with global and regional teams on any implementation, approval or new procedure regarding the tool;
    •Own all processes regarding expats management (collaboration with external suppliers, balance sheets, taxation, fiscal declarations, intercompany contracts) as we have a large global community of expats;
    •Work with our long-time partners on payroll, you will manage benefits tool and you will also be in charge with personnel files administration (with Labor Protection, Health & Security as well);
    •Plan annual merit increase and you will do the budgeting for it with the HR Manager;
    •Coordinate all Financial benefits (several types of incentive plans, life assurance, medical services, bonuses);
    •Plan the annual medical examinations for all employees;
    •Organize our annual Kids X-mas Party.
