Requirements:

Advanced degree in pharmacy, medicine or relevant;
Fluency in English (spoken and written, including medical terminology) – required;
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word and quickly able to learn new software;
Self Motivated - Ability to be internally inspired to perform a task to the best of one’s ability using his or her own drive or initiative;
Technical Aptitude ‐ Ability to comprehend complex technical topics and specialized information
Demonstrated proficiency in drug information communication and management;
Organized ‐ Possesses the trait of being well organized or following a systematic method of performing a task;
Accuracy ‐ Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly;

Responsibilities:

Develop and review scientific content including standard responses (SR) and Medical Q&As;
Perform a review of the literature and create customized responses as directed;
Provide literature search support for second line inquiries escalated from global markets;
Demonstrate ongoing scientific expertise relevant to therapeutic areas, including products, disease state management, and emerging therapies;
Integrate scientific expertise with knowledge of regulatory and compliance guidelines to ensure comprehensive review of materials submitted into approval process;
Collaborate with US Scientific Content team to identify efficiency in SR creation and maintenance;
Respond to questions on ingredients, stability, and temperature excursions;
Respond the escalated inquiries as needed;
Staff professional congresses medical information booth as needed.
