HR Information Systems Analyst

- Confident with systems, including Excel expertise
- Knowledge and experience of HR SAP and Success Factors reporting
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator
-English advance( required) + French advance(preferred)

-Provide EC and SAP reports to support HR Service Centre and business processes. Work with stakeholders to identify information needs and source. Consolidate reporting in order to meet business requirements in the most time and resource-effective manner. Utilise ServiceNow productivity tool (when implemented) to provide HR Service Level Agreement reporting packs.
-Contribute to problem solving relating to systems and interfaces.
-Support the maintenance of QRG/SOP documentation
-Utilise HP Service Manager 9 to support HR process incident management
-Support the HR Shared Service Centre team with position / organisational structure management
