We are looking for a Business Analyst for one of our largest clients in the retail industry. If you want to work with professionals this is your opportunity.

Requirements:
Capable to understand the dynamics of retail market and related business processes;
Minimum 1-2 years experience on a similar position (Business Analyst or Financial Analyst);
Strong Excel skills and Power Point presentation skills;
Basic knowledge of accounting policies and procedures – IFRS
Experience with BI tools is a plus (SAP BI, Oracle);
Financial analytics and reporting skills;
Excellent command of written and spoken English is essential;
Ability to efficiently learn and utilize new software applications;
Analytical thinking, proactive, team player;
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with „can do” attitude;
Education: Economic / Finance graduates are strongly preferred;
SAP experience ( prefered).

Deal with monthly financial results analysis (P&L: Revenues, Gross Profit, SGA expenses, Profit/Loss - variations vs. BUD/FC and PY);
Interpret and analyse financial and non-financial information, alongside KPIs as part of management reporting;
Prepare Monthly Business Review presentation including relevant in-depth analysis based on strategic initiatives;
Participate in the Zero Based Budgeting process (Operations): Sales, Gross Profit, Expenses;
Involvement in the operational reporting package: dashboards, stores analysis, projects analysis;
Involvement in the Strategic process - management dashboards, estimations, market analysis, trends;
Research, prepare reports and analyze internal and market data to support the implementation of business strategies;
Develop controls to ensure accuracy - always check before reporting.
