    Ideal Candidate
    -Degree holder in HR Management or related discipline
    -Previous experience in a C&B department would be an advantage
    -Not reluctant to work on MS Excel documents
    -Good critical thinking and analytical skills
    -Good communication skills
    -Willing to learn
    -Fluent in English


    We need a person willing to learn, rigorous, with excel knowledge. English fluent. Missions :
    -Benchmark salaries in all Amaris countries
    -Work on functions (KPIs and objective letters)
    -Design Compensation & Benefits policies : mobile phone, health insurance, bonus
    -Develop HRIS applications
