Marketing Data and Campaign Assistant - 1 year contract

Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to support the execution of marketing campaigns through the day to day operational management of Salesforce CRM and other marketing systems (to include Marketing Automation tool). The role holder will support construction of campaigns within systems and create target group data as well as take assist with the continued management and monitoring of data quality across our database. Role holder will also support with regular reporting and handling ad-hoc management information requests.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Manage instances of ‘hard bounces’ from E-marketing campaigns;
Conducting in-depth data analyses using traditional and advanced methods;
Confirm data integrity and perform analysis to identify trends;
Continuously monitor quality levels, and manage quality problems;
To manage and work to defined marketing campaign activity schedule supporting the global marketing team;
Create campaigns within Salesforce / Marketing Automation;
Create ‘call down’ and “inbound” for Inside Sales team to work from and report against;
Ensure data management tasks are performed promptly and accurately;
Manage several marketing inboxes and forward messages to the appropriate recipients;
