Required Experience:

-1+ years previous experience in recruitment
-Good understanding of employer branding concepts, social media platforms and ways in which they can be used to support the recruitment process
-Experience in using Photoshop or other similar tools
-Strong communication skills and good command of English
-Good ability to multi task and handle competing priorities
-Working knowledge of ATS and sourcing tools and technologies will be a plus
-Can-do attitude, proactive, accountable, attention to details and understanding importance of data accuracy

As a member of the Europe Recruitment Team your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

-Supporting recruiters in end-to-end recruitment process
-Work closely with the regional recruitment team and the hiring managers in order to support the recruitment needs through different employer branding activities
-With a good understanding upon the recruitment process, our culture and brand, you’ll have to come up with creative ideas and solutions to increase our employer awareness on the market ensuring top talent attraction at both local and regional level
-Acting as point of contact with universities, NGO’s and other associations that work with Misys target groups you’ll facilitate our participation within job fairs, open doors activities, workshops and other similar events that contribute to the regional recruitment goals
-Providing support during the Boot Camp - induction training program sessions for the new employees
-Deliver results against SLAs, KPIs and team objectives
