Requirements:

Fluent written and spoken insurance English
Experience as Training Consultant within industrial insurance environments
Training design & development background
Good structuring skills
Paying attention to details
Process orientated

Skills:

Self-directed/ motivated
Strong communication skills in a culturally diverse environment
Ability to build working relationships in a complex environment
Insurance background ideal
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Skills & knowledge of digital learning tools (e.g. Captivate/ Adobe Presenter) helpful

Responsibilities:

The scope of the TC is focusing on the Training work-stream activities ranging from:

Acquire a solid understanding of the system;
Design & Develop / Set-up / Refine the necessary elements used for Training and End-User information (User manuals, Release notes & other training materials);
Maintain existing training materials;
Align with other stakeholders, making sure deadlines are met;
Contribute to introducing the new application to the employees and train them where needed and according to the local requirements and respective LoB/Function/User group in scope;
