    Requirements

    At present, the EDUROM team is actively looking for a dedicated Team Leader-Accounting Operations, for its client, one of the global leading companies in management consulting, technology services and outsourcing. As part of the team you will have the opportunity to gain experience and learn in a global company with global opportunities.

    Professional Requirements:

    • University degree in Economics (Finance / Accounting/ Management/ or another related field).
    • Written and oral fluency in German (B1-B2) and English (B1-B2).
    • Consistent work experience (preferable in a corporate environment).
    • 2-3 years of work experience as a coordinator/ team leader.

    Personal skills:

    • Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment.
    • Abilities to coordinate others to ensure task compliance and meet deadlines.
    • Detail and number oriented personality.
    • Solution oriented person.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Acts as subject matter expert for team members.
    • May perform client related tasks in various systems, as required.
    • May perform and/or ensure completion of quality review check on outgoing work (proof data entry, correspondence, and other tasks) within immediate team to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency.
    • May process complex customer queries and dispute resolution activities, billing, gathering and analyzing financial information. May be involved in analyzing account balances, investigating and resolving customer issues.
    • Performs analysis of quality audits; analyzes results and develops process improvements to maintain quality deliverables.
    • Reviews all incoming work for clarity, provides clear work directions.
    • Manages workloads to ensure even distribution.
    • Prepares and analyzes complex reports/ information and formulate conclusions.
    • Identifies, documents, and reviews opportunities for team improvement in procedures/processes/standards.
