    Requirements

    BA or Masters degree in Economics/Engineering/Commercial/Marketing required
    At least 3 years of experience preferably category management/ store operations in a retail chain or large FMCG
    Existing client portfolio and senior relationships in Romania, FMCG and Retail sectors will be a plus
    Experienced in the application of MS Office, strong numeracy, gifted presenter
    Worked successfully in a matrix structure
    Drivers license
    Fluent Romanian with advanced Business English

    Responsibilities


    Create the strategy for selected Retailers in Romania
    Identify major opportunities and develop a retail sales plan to achieve targets
    Develop In-store solutions and category management approach for selected retailers.
    Build senior level relationships with prospects and sell in CHEP value
    Develop commercial proposals in line with CHEP policy, offering newest solutions, procedures and processes
    Coordinate CHEP resources to convert opportunities and implement CHEP systems
    Manage relationship with selected Retailers to increase cooperation, advocacy and reinforce CHEP visibility via preparing individual solutions for Retailers.
    Ensure appropriate level of relationship with decision makers and other stakeholders at Retailers HQ
    Cooperate with CHEP internal team to ensure achievement of KPIs
    Respond quickly and effectively to problems and shortfalls
    Maintain and improve the process to solicit customer feedback and identify trends
