Cutover & Post-Deployment Project Manager

For our client a well-known leader in personal systems and printing, we are looking for a Cutover & Post-Deployment Project Manager.

As a seasoned member of the EMEA Channel Sales Process Transformation team your function is to lead the cutover and post-deployment phase of large programs/projects impacting EMEA organization, across multiple teams.

Requirements:

- Minimum experience 2+ years' in project management;
- Leadership competencies for negotiation, decision making, prioritization, problem solving and conflict management;
- Fluent English essential; other languages is a plus;
- Projects involving regional and global stakeholders working in virtual environment a plus;
- Channel & Direct Business Experience and understanding a plus;
- Demonstrable organization skills for projects lasting 6 months or more;
- Demonstrable Executive level communication skills;
- Ability to work in a dynamic, changing environment.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the cutover phase: testing coordination, checklist completion, report on progress, accountable for ensure successful cutover closure;
- Manage the post deployment Command Center: Consolidate EMEA tickets in the war room tracker, triage and qualify issues received from countries, prioritize and identify Top issues, Assign owner for issues, Create 1 pager summary for EMEA;
- Ensure that owners complete the cutover and postdeployment related milestones and tasks according to due dates and task dependencies; build any necessary actions to assure their completion;
- Measure post-deployment satisfaction;
- Flag all potential risks and find proper mitigations and proactively unblock issues;
- Help prioritize workload of project team members or task owners if necessary;
- Be a strong team player, assisting the overall team and your peers to achieve success.
