Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer

Requirements:
2+ years of IT development experience
Experience to/familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation and deployment frameworks and best practices

Minimum 1 year hands on experience in developing CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM technology (v 2015/2016/365), including:

Plug-in development
Custom workflow assembly development
CRM form programming
Custom page integration
CRM Customization
Minimum 1 year hands on experience with the following: Java script, .NET, Visual Studio, SQL Server
Experience to/familiarity with Team Foundation Server (TFS) source control
Experience in performing unit testing of implemented solutions
Debugging and repairing simple to intermediate defects
Accurately documenting code, unit tests and other assigned work
Experience working under Agile (SCRUM) / hybrid methodologies
English language — advanced level
Willing to travel on a weekly basis (Monday to Friday) to client premises (if located outside Bucharest, Romania)

Nice to have:
Banking industry processes knowledge
Data migration and integration experience i.e. integrating MS Dynamics CRM solutions with other systems within a client’s IT landscape through SSIS and/or web services
Experience with HP ALM suite or any other quality assurance tracking tool
Experience in performing client facing role(s) at customer premises

This position is responsible for software development and quality activities under the supervision of a Team Lead supporting a CRM solution implementation project team in an agile work environment. Activities include programming to specifications and guidelines, unit testing, creation of technical documentation for implemented code and daily status reporting
