    Requirements

    - University degree in economic field
    - 1-2 years experience in accounting, auditing and reporting
    - Excellent understanding & experience with US GAAP, IFRS & SOX requirements
    - Strong Interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate for desired results in a project environment
    - Must be able to work effectively in a multi-task environment both as team leader and member
    - Good working knowledge of MS suite of applications - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
    - ACCA, CIMA certifications, nice to have
    - English language at an advanced level is mandatory
    - Strong analytical problem solver that leads by example
    - Ability to challenge the status-quo

    Responsibilities

    - Management reporting on a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis along with commentaries
    - Expenses and revenue forecasting
    - Variance Analysis – actuals vs forecast vs budget
    - ADHOC analysis – non-standard, urgent request of financial information
    - Annual Budgeting experience
    - Accounting background and be familiar with accrual process
    - Understanding of the interrelations among the different business data from Income Statement and Balance Sheet
    - Ability to understand and interpret financial results, focusing on the relevant points
    - Pro-actively build and maintain together with the project/program manager a strong project review process, constantly mitigating risks and maximizing opportunities in order to best monitor Project Financial exposure and performance (order, sales, end-to-end margin, inventory & cash flow)
    - Ensure the integrity of the project financial data, proper documentation and compliance to business controls & ethical standards together with Accounting
    - Provide constant support & advice to the PM for all finance related matters to reach best
