Salariu fix;
Bonus (bonusul total poate depasi valoarea salariului fix);
Posibilitatea de a lucra si sambata- 5 ore (facultativ), aceasta fiind platita dublu;
Flexibilitate in program (intre 8:00 si 20:00);
