    Requirements

    Person profile

    ♣ University graduated

    ♣ Previous experience in similar position in multinational shall be an advantage assuming
    she/he can demonstrate it
    ♣ Computer literate, Office, outlook

    ♣ Fluent in English, speaking/writing and reading; 80% of the time English is used for
    communication both speaking, writing and reading

    ♣ Enthusiastic, flexible

    ♣ Willing to learn and to apply fast

    ♣ Responsible person not need direct supervising (except for the start period when she will be trained on job)

    ♣ Well organized planned and focus on completing tasks in time
    ♣ Preferable knowledge of Integrated Management System or any part of it (ISO 9001, ISO
    14001, OHSAS 18001)

    Responsibilities

    Main tasks & responsibilities
    ♣ Collecting and centralize Timesheets on format and check

    ♣ Preparing and submitting Various reports on a timeframe base to different players

    ♣ Checking invoices from vendors, approve and register them

    ♣ Primarily checking employees travel expense reports and submit to next level for approval

    ♣ Prepare and submit to our Accounting service provider the monthly file (which contain all
    accounting related documents)

    ♣ Responsible for updating various files like: travel file, holidays file, expense files

    ♣ Planning travels of the team, including plane tickets, etc

    ♣ He/she will work with colleagues from other Europe based offices

    ♣ Data input in SAP (we will provide training)

    ♣ Keep to date all permits for our employee (health and safety, various specific permits)

    ♣ Office admin – managing the normal supplies, etc

    ♣ Important: She /He will take over this position; all working instructions, reports templates, are already in place and well-structured in a shared folder
