-Experience in selling EUR 500K+ Annual Contract Value solutions to C-Level executives in mid-size to large organisations.
- Ability to design solutions and write compelling B2B services proposals (RFI/RFP)
-Knowledge of the BPO (business process outsourcing) industry is a plus
- Business acumen
- Excellent business English skills (both written and spoken)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Grow the Conectys business by proactively reaching out to potential clients as well as responding to inbound requests for services (Requests fro Proposal, Requests for Information)
- Design mutually beneficial solutions based on Conectys' service offering and an in-depth understanding of client's business, goals, pain points and preferences.
- Build commercial models.
- Develop processes and policies to generate additional efficiency.
- Partner with Conectys' Operations, HR, IT, Finance/Legal teams for accurate and creative solutions for our existing and prospect clients.
- Listen, analyse, build, communicate, implement and measure.
