What distinguishes you
1-3 years working experience in controlling
English fluently (written and spoken), German helpful
Very good IT knowledge (MS Office) necessary
Knowledge in SAP or other ERP Systems preferred
Reliable, accurate, team oriented, able to work under time pressure
Available for a one-three month training in Germany

Your contribution to something big
You will have the chance to coordinate period closing activities in SAP PS within Automotive Electronics
Be involved in all necessary steps in period closing, check intermediate result, check result of period closing activities
Calculate adjusted settlement percentages based on last current forecast
Align with AE/CTG2. Adjust settlements in SAP and perform period closing activities. Check result of period closing if settlements are done correctly
Transfer price calculation and maintenance in systems. Contact person to receive requests for missing transfer prices from different logistic departments from different plants from different Bosch divisions all over the world
Perform internal controls to transfer price entries of other users
Margin controlling for Actuals and Current Forecast. Calculate margins for company internal deliveries for current forecast. Create margin reports for actuals.
Master data maintenance for samples. Support samples Controlling: identify samples volumes in actuals and allo-cate to product classes and customers, create reports and communicate result to internal customers. In current forecast create estimations by product and customer, create reports and communicate result to internal customers
Controlling of license costs, Controlling of IT costs. Collect detailed IT costs from all entities worldwide
