    Responsabilitati

    Training scheduling, organization and resource allocation:
    o Set the date & location
    o Search for available instructors
    o Book virtual labs for technical trainings
    o Arrange catering
    o Order student books
    o Send training invitations/confirmations/cancelations (as per t&cs)
    o Prepare student roster and certificates
    o For remote trainings, engage with counterparts in other countries for student registration, training logistics arrangements
    • Verify obligations are fulfilled by students in order to attend a class/sit an exam order exam vouchers and distribute to attendees
    • Ensure all trainings are entered in HPE LMS (View Central)

    Contractors/suppliers related activities:
    • Initiate SourceCon and create Purchase Requisitions in HPE systems (GMPP, Smart Buy)
    • Prepare statement of work and other necessary documents, by engaging with Procurement Team as necessary
    • Track supplier invoicing (cost) and ensure invoices/IC-billings are issued/received in time
    Post-training activities:
    • Run student feedback reports (MTM) and other training documents (e.g. Student roster with signatures, copies of certificates etc.) and archive them as per HPE records management policy
    • Monitor delivery quality, customer satisfaction and address issues and complaints with the right stakeholders
    • Track customer invoicing/x-charges and ensure invoices are issued/sent in time to customers, by engaging with Customer Operations and Finance team, as necessary
