    · Lean Production / Logistics knowledge preferred
    · Experience in production planning is a must
    · MS Office
    · Foreign languages: English- advanced

    · Generate production sequence according to customer demand and production capacity for certain production areas / value streams on own responsibility
    · Consider customer demand, production capacity, trial runs (EWAK) and 0-series for launch of new products
    · Consider production requirements in terms of continuous production flow, level material flow, level stock (PSA)
    · Maintain Kanban cycles
    · Define and organize timeslots for exotics / EWAKS / 0-series
    · Calculate / adjust min./max. stock levels in supermarkets
    · Coordinate and agree results with other departments
    · Arrange measures to safeguard production, carry out additional planning and clarify relevant matters internally
    · Maintain production data, mainly in SAP
    · Daily delivery statistics, check of manual confirmations, stock, adjustments, revision level changes
    · Acting as SAP Key user, training of SAP for production areaECR implementation· Support stock taking
    · Optimize own task area by continuous improvement, measures to be planned/executed/checked, coordinated and consulted with other departments
    · Follow existing standards and enhancement of standards in cooperation with affected areas
