We are looking for someone who?
- Speaks German and English at an advanced level;
- Has team working skills and social skills;
- Is ready to listen and understand clients complaints;
- Is flexible and capable of properly analyzing the problems they encounter;
- Has the capacity to take care of the technical documentation;
- Is willing to develop a career in IT.
What exactly will you do?
- Handle internal customer calls in German & English;
- Take over IT issues and process them in the ticketing system;
- Provide first analysis and solutions for IT issues or forward them to other IT service units;
- Support our users remotely regarding software and hardware problems.
