System Administrator with Linux

Requirements:

- 2 years' experience in administration/maintenance/installation/configuration with Linux (RedHat/CentOS - Debian);
- Experience in delivering IT support services for end users/clients;
- Knowledge in email servers components administration: Postfix/Dovecot/Cyrus IMAP;
- Knowledge in databases administration: MySQL/PostgreSQL (MSSQL represents an advantage);
- Knowledge with web Servers: Apache, nginx and components (modules, php, etc.);
- Knowledge of network protocols and equipment (routing, firewall, VPN, VLAN, etc.);
- Knowledge regarding troubleshooting hardware/software;
- Represents a plus knowledge with Microsoft Windows, Solaris derivatives (SmartOs, OmniOs), scripting with Bash/Python, DNS servers, automation using Ansible;
- Advanced written and oral skills with English;
- Analytical skills and client oriented.

Responsibilities:

- Provide on-call/on-site/remote system administration support (technical support);
- Create automation policies and other scripts;
- Install/configure operating environments/applications;
- Design topologies/architectures to meet specific requirements;
- Troubleshoot debug faulty hardware/software;
- Help end-users/clients by identifying root causes;
- Document issues and their resolution.
