    Required Knowledge and Skills
    Solid IT technical background (OS - Unix, Windows; Networking, HTTP/HTTPS), relevant Telecom systems knowledge (e.g SMSC, prepaid billing, SIM)
    Good scripting abilities
    Relational Database knowledge
    Hardware systems knowledge
    Structured approach, at least basic technical writing knowledge
    Customer facing abilities
    Good spoken and written English

    Preferred Experience and Certifications
    2+ years experience with live systems
    Telecom technical background
    Complexity
    It deals with live systems or launching systems live moderate to high complexity.
Involves customer communication and internal communication with developers, Project and Product Managers

    Responsabilitati

    Maintenance & Support
    Participate in each project handover to support to obtain all relevant implementation knowledge and documentation from the project team
    Ensure using supervision product features, external tools and direct inspection that the live system is functioning correctly
    Answer to customer notifications of system failure or technical enquiries promptly, observing agreed SLAs
    Correct malfunctions of the installed product by specific M&S actions (change of configuration, changes in DB, restart), involve developers if code changes are needed; contract specific SLAs must be observed
    Maintain accurate and detailed information concerning the reported problems and the actions taken to correct them in specific systems (OTRS) as well as statistical data of the system
    Provide feedback related to operational concerns to Product Managers to address them in product roadmaps or new products
    Install & Commissioning
    Decide with the Project Manager and the Product Manager the proper HW to be used for each implementation
    Decide with the Project Manager and the Product Manager the proper software upon which the product is installed (Operating System, JBoss, MySQL, etc.)
    Define, improve and apply the standard product configurations (folder structure, naming, standard configurations, etc.) and target having similar configurations for all products
    Perform actual product Installation activities, configurations for own product and related to external systems (e.g. interfaces, supervision)
    Perform at least basic validations for the installed systems
    Create deployment technical documentation
