HR Assistant

The ideal candidate:
- is educated to a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, Sociology, Psychology, Public Administration, or a related field. Certification from a professional human resources association is a plus.
- has good organizational, communication, presentation and relational skills;
- demonstrates attention to detail and behavioral analysis capability;
- is optimist, perseverant, dedicated, result-oriented;
- is fluent in English.

Job responsibilities include:
- Assists in the hiring process by coordinating job posting on the website, reviewing resumes, pre-screening candidates, and performing telephone interviews and reference checks.
- Prepares new-hire paperwork.
- Welcomes new employees to the organization.
- Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
