    Cerinte

    Studii medii finalizate;
    Abilitatea de a comunica in mod eficient cu clientii pentru a rezolva orice problema intampinata de acestia;
    Competente in operare PC – Windows si pachetul Microsoft Office;
    Cunoasterea limbii Engleza la un nivel intermediar spre avansat;
    Disponibilitate pentru a lucra in turele de noapte si in weekend-uri.

    Responsabilitati

    Oferirea de suport clientilor prin intermediul telefonului sau e-mail-ului;
    Preluarea solicitarilor clientilor care sunt legate de procesul de plata;
    Furnizarea de solutii pentru problemele clientilor, in vederea satisfacerii cerintelor acestora;
    Furnizarea de informatii privind cumpararea si/sau descarcarea software-ului;
    Manipularea securizata a informatiilor confidentiale, in conformitate cu normele interne;
    Actualizarea bazei de date interne cu informatii critice privitoare la rezolvarea problemelor;
    Identificarea ariilor care necesita imbunatatire in cadrul departamentului Customer Service.

    Alte informatii

    Program de lucru: norma de 8 ore/zi; se lucreaza in schimburi (inclusiv in ture de noapte si in weekend);
    Salariu: parte fixa, tichete de masa si sporuri de noapte si weekend.
