    For our client, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, we are looking for Digital Sales Assist with English language, in Bucharest.

    First level university degree or equivalent experience
    Typically 2-3 years of experience in a business related function, preferably finance, accounting, or compensation
    Good communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation)
    Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required
    Basic knowledge and skills with business applications (e.g., Excel)
    Ability to work as active member of a team
    Basic understanding of internal business processes and policies

    Responsabilitati

    Act as a first contact for the Regional Management and Sales teams regarding any questions on processes, booking and pricing, etc. for EMEA countries, offering them guidance on how to process the orders, booking documents
    Licensee Quoting assistance;
    Support Quoting and Booking for certain type of transactions;
    Temporary License requests;
    Tool Management and Compliance Reporting;
    Pipeline to Won conversion Management.
    Tool requests and follow-up including X-Functional Engagement with Deal Desk and other deal approval persons, including driving Budgetary Quoting process, etc.;
    Quote to Cash - Order tracking and monitoring including liaison with Field Operations and VOM (Order Management Team);
    Monitoring of Data Quality including updating deals when no sales rep attached, helping with change of assignment, helping to fix quality issues, occasional update for reps (not an everyday thing);
    Verify and answer ad-hoc questions regarding licensing, as they relate to deals;
    Occasionally supporting the Sales Management with updates in the tool (e.g. ensure Sales Reps do the updates in the tool as agreed with Management in the forecast calls);
    Follow-up on issues related to linkages of systems
    Providing Tool Training to the sales team
    Quarter end Process-monitoring deals Q2C, obtaining info for Channel Sell-thru Policy, End User information, etc. as needed;
    Country-specific Sales Ops assistance as needed;
    Participate in local forecast calls and other team checks when requested by Sales Operations.
