For our client a well-known leader in personal systems and printing, we are looking for a DEMO Reporting & Support.
Requirements:
- Very good MS Excel Excel knowledge (pivots, formula combinations);
- Ability to transpose analysed data in an easily understandable visual form;
- Basic understanding on how databases work;
- Excellent communication skills, in order to interact with multiple internal and external contacts;
- Advanced English level;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Adaptability to change;
- Attention to details;
- Focus on automation and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the core team of the Demo program (aiming to send our client's products to end customers, for testing);
- Support in driving new business processes and/or any current business process issues;
- Support on-going process improvements;
- Maintain and improve the quality and quantity of the documentation material;
- Responsible for providing monthly performance analysis based on program KPIs (No. of loans, units, Opex Budget spent, etc.);
- Responsible for providing quarterly reports (Opex vs Margin);
- Other ad hoc analysis on revenue, margins, loan volumes, etc.;
- Increase effectiveness, accuracy, and speed of all reporting/analytics requirements by automating reporting processes;
- Support of partner related processes.
