C# Technical Lead

Your Mission

New interfaces implementation in Atlas (software assets management), according to the application guidelines and using the defined frameworks and technologies. Atlas functionalities:

• Tracks inventory details of working spaces (buildings and desks);
• Autocad module integrated to configure new buildings, desks, working spaces in Societe Generale;
• Manage employees allocation / deallocation in working spaces.

Your Role in a Nutshell:

• Organize and facilitate all scrum related meetings (stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews, demos etc.);
• Work with the team to develop project plans, roadmaps and manage backlog. Communicate team plans, report impediments for escalation, identify risks/concerns to relevant stakeholders to help resolve;
• Monitor team backlog daily and ensure it accurately reflects the current state of the sprint;
• Work with product owners and stakeholders to refine vision and establish goals and metrics;
• Track and communicate team velocity and sprint progress to all affected teams and management;
• Implement new features and projects front to back as part of an Agile team;
• Perform appropriate testing on new developed functionally as well as other immediate functional areas impacted by code changes. Carry through non-regression tests;
• Write documentation.

A little about You:

• You have good knowledge of technologies like: C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Entity Framework Model first/Database first Migration, Unit Testing, Angular JS 2.0, jQuery, Bootstrap, CSS, SQL Server Database, ORACLE Database;
• You have experience with Unit Testing & Continuos Integration frameworks approach;
• Minimum 4 years of systems engineering and project management experience;
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems;
• Good command of English; French is a plus.
