Absolvent de studii universitare: Finante, Contabilitate, Economie;
Cunostinte de operare SAP;
Cunostinte de limba engleza;
Experienta pe un rol similar;
Persoana organizata, dinamica, atenta la detalii;

Verifica deconturile de cheltuieli ale angajatilor in conformitate cu procedurile interne;
Inregistreaza in SAP deconturile de cheltuieli ale angajatilor;
Executa clearing-ul manual al inregistrarilor SAP aferente deconturilor, in vederea inchiderii conturilor;
Realizeaza inregistrari respectand prevederile legale referitor la deductibilitatea cheltuielilor;
Urmareste alocarea costurilor pe elemente PRG (centre de cost, produse, plan de marketing, comenzi interne etc.);
Intocmeste fisierul Excel pentru repartizarea pe luni a cheltuielilor inregistrate in avans si inregistreaza costurile lunare in SAP.

Program: L-V, 09:00-18:00, 1h pauza de masa;
Sediu: Calea Dorobanti;
Contract pe perioada determinata - initial un an;
Pachet salarial: parte fixa + tichete de masa.
