    Experience in FMCG
    1-2 years of experience in Brand Management
    Market understanding
    Consumer understanding
    Fluent in English (verbal and written)


    Manage Brand P&L, including Countries dimension and split per brands
    Monitor category performance against targets and prepares corrective actions
    Check Millward Brown study monthly, and signal any significant improvements or gaps vs KPIs
    Check the available shopper studies and recommend actions to be considered in the in-store activities, promos.
    Propose and agree with Category Manager the brand scorecard
    Build launch plans and channel strategies (promotions, media, POS)
    Plan, monitor, report and consume the agreed brand budget on resp. brands
    Plan the Quarterly details for activities
    Manage the A&P budgets allocated and make all the necessary inputs into the system according to the existent way of working.
