Recruitment HR Specialist

♦ Bachelor's degree (pref. psychology);
♦ Advanced english knowledge;
♦ Previous recruiting experience (pref. in IT, software);
♦ Decent IT knowledge (office, windows, etc.);
♦ Out of the box thinking;
♦ Good time management skills.

♦ Perform end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for various IT positions (front-end and back-end developers, project managers, technical support engineers, application engineers, etc.);
♦ Create job descriptions and ensure the candidates are appropriately targeted;
♦ Manage the selection process by reviewing resumes and applications;
♦ Manage the interviewing process by conducting behavioral and competency based interviews;
♦ Advise hiring managers and provide a shortlist of candidates for them to consider;
♦ Improve HR related documents: work procedures and documents;
♦ Perform various other HR tasks (communications, organizing internal events, morale interviews, exit interviews, etc.).
