    The position assumes responsibility of the Technical Customer Service (TCS) processes (PLT & Truck) in the market: Ensure appropriate resolution of tire related Warranty complaints with respect to customer satisfaction and the commercial goals of the company. Provide Technical Product Services to internal and external customers to support local Sales & Marketing. Product Performance Monitoring and reporting of corporate product performance in relation to competition and market requirements. Administration of the TCS activities regarding technical solutions offered to the customers, monitoring of product performances and efficient administration of the complaints process, having as objective maintaining / increasing of customers satisfaction and respecting company policies. Develops the tire complaints process solving, according to the Continental standards and policies (keep contact with local Continental customers, visits their locations for tire inspections or inspects tires inside the local plant CS workshop , issues acceptance / rejection of the complaints, implements the process in the SAP system, generates, specific CS reports). Comes with improvement for the CS process. Manage and organize Voluntary Tire Exchange program`s and/or Recall process in accordance with national law and Continental guidelines together with local sales force and Central Technical Customer Service. Monitors and implements the local legislative laws regarding tire business, warranty of the products and consumer protection. Makes technical trainings and product presentation for the Continental customers, journalists and colleagues from the Sales Department Participates together with the customers and journalist to local and international events, launching of new products, tire plant tour Monitors and evaluates the Continental and competitors tire performances based on the information got from the market and customers (including wear and pressure monitoring, casing inspection, etc.) Support for marketing activities (fairs, exhibitions, promotional materials, campaigns, technical literature, leaflets, technical translations, etc) Monitors the customer satisfaction level regarding product performances Actively involved to the CS meetings and workshops organized by Central or Regional CS. Member of ContiAcademy Assures technical support for the local Sales Force, COD, marketing, controlling Sustains local objectives regarding sales units, share of market, profitability Based on the superiors agreement, visits the customers locations around the country in order to inspect complaint tires, carcass, or for making technical training and product presentations for the customers. Responsible for the proper functioning of the local CS workshop inside Timisoara tire plant. Is trained and works in safety conditions with the machines and equipment from the workshop in order to inspect complaint tires. Keeps the inventory of inbound outbound existing stock of the tires from the workshop and coordinates the ecological scrapping of adjusted tires. Collaborates with the freight partners in order to receive and deliver tires in and from the workshop.

    Responsibilities:

    * Keeps the inventory of inbound -outbound - existing stock of the tires from the workshop and coordinates the ecological scrapping of adjusted tires
    * Collaborates with the freight partners in order to receive and deliver tires in and from the workshop
    * Administrates of the costumer service activities regarding technical solutions offered to the customers, monitoring of product performances and efficient administration of the complaints process, having as objective maintaining or increasing of the customers satisfaction
    * Monitors the product performance and reports of corporate product performance in relation to competition and market requirements
    * Organize technical trainings and product presentation for the Continental customers, journalists and Sales Department. Participates to local and international events, launching of new products, tire plant tour Requirements:
