    Personnel Outsourcing, companie de recrutare si leasing de personal, de 10 ani pe piata din Romania cu doua branch-uri la nivel national ( Bucuresti / Brasov), suntem o companie intr-o constanta dezvoltare in domeniul resurselor umane integrate.

    Cerinte

    - University Degree
    - Experience in a similar position of minimum 3 years;
    - Evidence of an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
    - Very good knowledge of public tenders legislation
    - Advanced knowledge of English language
    - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
    - Highly motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
    - Good attention to detail with high importance placed on accuracy.
    - Extensive negotiation, influencing and decision making skills.

    Responsabilitati


    - Organize the preparation of the offer:
    - Synthesize the data in the tender documentation/specification (administrative qualification requirements, technical requirements, etc.):
    - Analyze the eligibility of partners and sub-contractors, and the possibilities of working with them. Setting the budget for preparing the offer.
    - Obtaining specialized analyzes from collaborators (technical, legal, fiscal, administrative-financial).
    - Establishment of the cash-flow project according to the conditions set in the tender specifications
    - Prepare specific offer documents, including obtaining specific documents from partners and/or subcontractors and integrating them into the offer.
    - Prepare negotiations and conclude agreements with partners and / or subcontractors
    - Ensure the submission of the offer in optimal conditions (in SEAP or at client)
    - Responsible for updating all spreadsheets, databases and company sales records and to produce reports for both the team and for the board of directors when required.
    - Managing customer relationships throughout the tender process, ensuring a high level of customer care is maintained throughout.
