    Requirements

    The Global HR Services covers HR Self Service support, either E-Business Suite or Cloud based, and series of HR data related processes at a global scale, splitted into two main areas:

    ⁻ Background checks, iRecruitment support and Offer release
    ⁻ New hires record creation, data maintenance, payments uploads, reporting, data audits, job table maintenance (job and salary ranges), user acceptance tests of new tools, implementations and systems.

    • Candidate’s Profile:

    o Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality with sensitive HR information
    o Demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail
    o Has the ability to work across cultures and regions
    o Possesses good organizational skills, attention to details and strong analytical skills
    o Has strong communication skills, both verbal and in writing
    o Has strong knowledge of English language, both verbal and in writing
    o Has the ability to work across cultures and regions
    o Has advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, such as PowerPoint and Excel
    o Is self-motivated, result-oriented and customer-oriented
    o Has the ability to network inside the company.

    Responsibilities

    • Background Checks support:

    o Offer support on Background Checks for the entire EMEA region, by acting as liaison between internal parties and external vendors
    o Place background checks requests with the external providers
    o Work closely with the external providers to ensure background checks are completed on time
    o Conduct background investigations as part of the Pre-Employment Screening process, for the countries where the process is managed with GHRS own resources
    o Inform recruiters, hiring managers and / or LOB contacts on the background checks’ progress for their candidates / employees
    o Cooperate with managers, candidates, employment legal and other internal organizations to drive the process to completion
    o Evaluates background investigation results and together with internal organizations (Employment Legal, Compliance and Ethics) determines applicants' eligibility for employment based on Oracle’s policies.
    o Work with vendors to understand products, services and individual background check situations in order to improve the quality of the process’ output.

    • Reporting and tools:

    o Generate periodic and accurate reports on the background checks workload and progress
    o Produce and deliver regular or ad-hoc reports for Country HR and Recruiters

    • Projects involvement:

    o Adapt, modify and update process’ methodologies, procedures and best practices
    o Participate in UATs for new tools, applications and processes
    o Get involve in global new processes and initiatives.
