Marketing & Communication Manager

ALTEN Romania, part of the international ALTEN Group - with a unique position as Leader in IT & Engineering Consulting, provides support for its clients’ development strategies in the fields of innovation, R&D and IT systems since 1996. The company comprises 2 divisions specialized on its core capabilities: ENGINEERING and IT. These two divisions are: ALTEN TECHNO and ALTEN IT.

Autonomy

 Propose projects/initiatives
 Conduct proposed projects and provide results
 Interface with all team members
 Cost optimization

People Management

 Team of 2 to manage and increase with 2/3 Jr & trainees
 Experience in coaching/managing

 Relevant professional experience in a similar role
 Experience in HR/Employer branding activities
 Experience in Technology sector/IT sector
 Very good English
 French optional

International Business Development support (30%)

 Build and run online marketing campaigns to target international clients
 Build content to increase our online presence and attractiveness
 SEO for international clients
 Online content/campaign management (web/Facebook/LinkedIn…)

Local Business Development support (10%)

 Manage the local business development tools (marketing presentations)
 Create and manage a local business community with clients and prospects : create frequent events for clients, newsletters with technical/managerial content
