    Requirements

    • Graduate / Student in Human Resources / Business Administration;
    • Interest and understanding of cross-field corporate HR procedures and systems;
    • Ability to act as a bridge between the various internal departments, as well as to identify and forward complex technical issues;
    • Excellent collaboration skills;
    • Ability to maintain absolute discretion regarding confidential and/or sensitive information
    • Fluency in English; German and / or French knowledge is a big plus.

    Responsibilities

    • L&D administrative tasks (sending out invitations, follow-ups, feedback, reports, invoices, maintaining contact with providers, taking care of the logistical aspects of training activities).
    • Providing support in maintaining and developing internal materials regarding training opportunities / L&D content.
    • Translating internal clients’ requests and needs into actionable tasks.
    • Offering administrative support to local employees with the Performance Review process.
