    •Proficiency in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint;
    •Finance/business administration studies;
    •Knowledge of financial management processes and financial reporting - minimum 2 years of experience;
    •Fluent in English, must be able to hold presentations and lead meetings in English.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities
    •Supervision and leadership of Project Controlling Team – AGN financial services (Allianz Global Network)
    •Responsible for ensuring the team is consistently delivering work to the standards the department expects
    •Ensuring that the team is always working on the highest priority work and is aware of the priority
    •Ensuring the team is collaborating closely with our customers and understands their requirements
    •Yearly/quarterly evaluations and development plans
    •Supporting and steering the team for improvement initiatives
    •Organizing team activities in order to have business continuity according to the KPIs of timeliness and quality (i.e. ensuring back-up for tasks during off-times)
    •Making sure that the contracts and service records for external service providers are correctly registered
    •Producing and analyzing Portfolio Level Reporting to ensure projects progress against key criteria such as cost, schedule, risks, issues and benefits is accurately reflected. Identify trends and improvement opportunities, highlighting proposed action plans to senior management
    •Complete quality assurance review checks to monitor the quality of project reporting and deliverables to drive improvements across the portfolio. Proactively highlight & escalate delivery risks and issues to senior management -providing an independent view of project and programme health
    •Managing and overseeing the approval process of the contracts
    •Ensuring that the revenues are charged to AMOS customers
    •Ensuring the administration of projects in PlanView
    •Providing line cost center reporting, project cost re-porting, provision reports and Project Status reporting
    •Delivering excellent quality
    •Ensuring stakeholder satisfaction
    •Performing adhoc analysis
