    EBC is recruiting for one of its client, biggest player on the Commercial Vehicles market, currently expanding in Romania, an Area Sales Manager.

    Job summary:

    The Sales Manager’s objective will be achieving from start-up a 10% market share in 36 months for a new brand of trucks (> 16 Tons GVW) in Romania.

    Requirements:

    - Previous experience in sales management - min 5 years (B2B field is a must, truck sales would be a strong advantage) with proven sales record;
    - Strong technical background;
    - Proficiency in English is a must;
    - Computer literacy;
    - Driver’s license: B category is a must;
    - Availability for travelling.

    Responsabilitati

    Job description:

    - Leading, optimizing, expanding and motivating the sale team to accomplish the very ambitious sales targets for the new brand. This includes being responsible for the level of compensation of all the members of the sale team and co-responsible (with the CEO) for the employment and termination processes;
    - Contributes to the formation of the yearly sales target and remains the primary responsible for its achievement both in terms of volume and profitability. He remains responsible for the customer discount policies;
    - He is directly responsible for Key Account Sales and expected to regularly pay customer visits nationwide;
    - Submits stock level proposals to meet market needs, in line with sales budget;
    - Knows and analyzes target customer profiles and identifies relevant potential clients. Reviews customer satisfaction evaluation results and identifies measures for improvement;
    - Ensures the proper usage of the company CRM systems by all the sale staff;
    - Joins the trainings held by Producer and transfers such trainings info to sales representatives;
