- Advise present or prospective customers by making outgoing calls and answering incoming calls on a rotating basis using telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
- Influence customers to buy or retain products or services by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
- Document transactions by completing forms and record logs.
- Maintain databases by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
- Keep equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures, notifying team leader of needed repairs.
- Maintain operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes.
- Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
- Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing publications.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
