Cerinte:
1-2 ani experienta relevanta;
Excelente abilitati de comunicare si de dezvoltare a relatiilor de incredere pe termen lung cu clientii;
Bune abilitati de negociere;
Cunostinte bune de utilizare PC;
Orientare catre gasirea de solutii.

Oferirea suport si solutii la nevoile clientilor;
Consilierea de inalta calitate, preluarea comenzilor, raspunde prompt solicitarilor acestora, factureaza comenzile si urmareste incasare alor;
Organizarea activitatilor de curierat: lansare comenzi, intocmire documente de livrare , urmareste incasarea;
Verificarea gradul de satisfactie al clientilor prin formulare speciale.
