We are recruiting in behalf of our client, the largest independent brewer in the world with 350-years heritage.
Our client is opening a Global Shared Service Center in Bucharest for F&A, Procurement and HR processes.

Business Degree and 5-7 years experience required.
Previous experience in General ledger processes, and team management is mandatory
Experience with or knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley.
Knowledge of accounting, SFAS Rules.
SAP experience or other ERP system preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills. English required, French preferred.
Time management skills. .
Strong analytical ability and problem solving skills
Required to maintain confidentiality
Team oriented, "whatever it takes" attitude, collaborative and gets results.
Willing to accept that we are in a "start-up" and can pivot as priorities do change while in this mode
Ability to travel as needed for work shadowing and to support business issues
High level of professionalism
Solid understanding and respect of policies and controls
Understanding and willingness to "speak with data" and be metric driven.
Continuous improvement mindset

Provides supervision and direction to junior/senior general ledger team
Provides hand on assistance in analysis and problem solving related to variances.
Reviews summaries and reports for quality checks. Ensures that transactions are accurate on the GL, balance sheet and P&L.
Ensure that solutions are explored and implemented.
Provides training to the team.
Answers accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data.
