- As a Social Media Advisor, you will be dealing with customer comments or queries where they have communicated through a variety of different social networking websites. You will ensure all queries and enquiries are dealt with in a professional and effective manner through the use of this media.
- This is an excellent opportunity to work in an environment where you are encouraged to work using your own initiative and really make a difference to the customers. As part of the Social Media team, you will be exploring the advantages of social networking sites and building relationships with customers online.
- The responses will be free text, enabling you to tailor each response to the individual customer. As a result, it is imperative that you are highly skilled in written communication.
- You will need to be clear in both your written and verbal communication and ensure to resolve the customer`s queries effectively and efficiently in a positive and engaging manner. You will provide an excellent shopping experience, ensuring all areas of quality and compliance are adhered to.
